Accroche descends from Aljano ( Alasca x Latino ), one of the most typey stallions in the Holsteiner Verband lot at the time.

Aljano , double sire and finalist of the Bundeschampionat, was once represented in numerous Grand Prix tests under Karin Winter-Polac and was able to convince there many times.

Accroche's sire and his dam 's sire Linaro ( Landgraf I x Calypso II ) are two of the most versatile Holsteiner sires in the first and second generation, who almost guarantee rideability, quality of basic gaits and willingness to perform at the highest level, in addition to the jumping talents that are obligatory in Holstein.

In 2004 Aljano presented several convincing licensed sons.

Accroche's paternal grandmother, Tropica (line 8768), produced Silvano , a 6-time Olympian and team silver medalist at the World and European Championships. The international show jumping stallions Candur B and Lafontaine also came from line 8768.

Mare line 18 B1

Accroche descends from the highly successful Holstein mare line 18B1. This one can be traced back to 1810! The first breeding highlight of this line in modern times was the mare Dorette , born in 1945, by Monarch . Her two licensed sons Farn (founder of a line in the Netherlands, for example via Nimmerdor ) and Roman (champion sires in terms of winnings from his offspring and dam's sire, for example by Cantus and Carolus ). Dorette's daughter Adrette produced the stallion Ronald with Ramiro , who was known as the dam's sire by. Alcatraz , Cortez and World Cup winner Libero H perform. Adrette is also the great-great-...granddam of Accroche in the 7th generation. This Holstein mare line 18 B1 produced not only many highly successful show jumpers but also some licensed and successful dressage stallions.
